<D>DIVISION BIRTH QUOTAS EXCEEDED<p>Hi everyone. Employees are reminded that each division is permitted an overall rate of three dependent children per ten employees. The quota rate has been exceeded this quarter so I have to ask everyone to refrain from any reproduction until we get the situation under control. And anyone with teens try and get them into the workforce. There's no reason a few bad apples have to ruin it for everyone. Folks, it's in the contract. You all read it when you joined up.
